I don't know what qualifies as a "first class hotel" near (but not in) Memphis--I would think perhaps a casino where the booking agent was unaware of the particular views of the persons involved, who just booked a suite of rooms for the prestigious-sounding "EURO International Conference."
The Euro International Conference? Isn't that something to do with international finance?
In this case it's most definitely about Eurotrash.
